Ophnos is a Toronto-based, founder-led consultancy focused on Microsoft Azure engineering, cloud security and identity implementation. We work with Canadian businesses and IT teams that need important technical work completed, not just another assessment, tool recommendation or strategy deck.
Our work covers production-ready Azure foundations, Microsoft Entra identity and access security, remediation of identified Azure risks, and the implementation and documentation of agreed Microsoft security controls. We bring architecture, engineering, change management and validation together, so teams understand what was changed, why it was changed and how to operate it afterwards.
We believe good consulting should leave something concrete behind: working implementations, agreed acceptance tests, clear records of any remaining issues and runbooks your team can actually use. We scope carefully, explain the trade-offs and work within the reality of your environment.
Based in Toronto, we work primarily with Canadian Microsoft cloud customers, and we collaborate with partner consultancies where a defined engineering workstream can help their delivery team.
