Ophnos Solutions Corp. ("Ophnos", "we", "us", or "our") is an Azure engineering and cloud security consultancy based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide Azure platform engineering, Azure security remediation, Microsoft Entra identity security and compliance controls implementation services to businesses across Canada.

• Website analytics: we do not currently use website analytics or tracking tools.
• Client engagements: technical and business information necessary to deliver contracted services (covered separately by your service agreement).

• Send service-related communications (never unsolicited marketing)

• Vercel: website hosting (vercel.com)
• Google Fonts: web fonts loaded from Google (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com)
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on our forms, when enabled (challenges.cloudflare.com)

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are typically retained for up to 2 years.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
